Responsibility of Belongings Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage. Prohibited Items & Conduct Smoking, alcohol, and tobacco use is strictly prohibited during the trek. Misconduct or non-compliance with trek leader instructions may result in removal from the event. Medical Responsibility Only basic first aid will be provided. In case of serious injury, the person will be shifted to the nearest hospital at their own cost. Cancellation Policy If the event is canceled by the organizers (e.g., due to weather), the event amount will be refunded only. Organizers’ Rights The trek plan may be changed or canceled without prior notice depending on weather or unforeseen situations. Final decisions lie with the trek leader. Adventure Risk Acknowledgement Trekking involves natural risk. By registering, participants accept all risks and agree not to hold the organizers responsible for any mishaps or injuries.
