12:15 AM – Reach the base village, pitch tents, enjoy a campfire & stargazing, and rest overnight 6:30 AM – Wake up and freshen up 7:30 AM – Have breakfast 8:30 AM – Depart for Vasota by boat (1.5-hour journey across the backwaters) 10:00 AM – Reach Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary, begin trek to Vasota Fort 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Trek (approx. 2.5 hrs one way) Enjoy packed lunch Rest, explore, and photograph the fort and scenic surroundings Descend back to the base 4:30 PM – Depart back to village by boat 6:30 PM – Reach village, have evening tea, and depart for Pune 10:00 PM – Arrive back in Pune
